After forming in 1991, Pitcher Partners has grown to be one of the largest professional services firms in Australia. With more than 380 staff in Melbourne and 650 nationally (and with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth ) we are large enough to offer all the challenges and resources of the Big 4 but small enough to be able to quickly recognise and reward success.

In 2002, Pitcher Partners was awarded both the CFO Magazine Award for Accounting Services Firm of the Year and the Australian Human Resources Institute award for excellence in people management. In 2005 we won the BRW St George Client Choice Award for Best large Accounting Firm - this client voted award was a pleasing acknowledgement of our client focus and commitment.

We have extensive technical resources, and specialist technical directors in audit & assurance and tax. Our commitment to people management and technical excellence is without peer Flat structure.

For administrative purposes Pitcher Partners is arranged in service groups but our professional staff get to work across the firm on a board range of clients, assignments and in different teams according to what the client needs. This flatter structure reduces bureaucracy and allows us to maintain close and personal involvement with clients and each other.
