Primus Telecom is committed to ongoing training and development of its employees. We currently have in excess of 300 employees enrolled in traineeship programmes which incorporate fully paid classroom training and external assessments through a registered training organisation. All employees participating in the traineeship gain a nationally recognised Certificate III or IV accreditation upon successful completion of all modules.
In addition to our accredited traineeship programme, our Learning and Development Department have recently launched our new E-learning Platform, which allows employees to access a wide variety of skills based training on line and undertake on line assessments as a part of skill development.
