JKM Consulting is a Sydney based recruitment agency formed in August 1992, with an extensive history in IT Recruitment. Since that time, we have expanded our service offerings to include the recruitment of Clerical/Administration staff. We provide staff on a permanent, contract and temporary basis.

As a candidate registered with JKM, your application is not just a name and skill set in our database. Upon submitting your details in the registration section of this site, you will be assigned a Specialist Consultant, dependant upon your skill set. This Consultant will contact you to discuss your skills, experience, career goals & expectations with the aim of finding the right position for you. Your Consultant will also liaise with the client on your behalf to recommend your suitability, arrange interviews and negotiate the terms of your employment.
As a business, JKM is divided into different business units. One unit focuses on what we call traditional IT which incorporates all software developers and analysts, operators, system and database administrators, B/As, technical and solutions architects, testers, tech writers and project managers. Another unit focuses on all aspects of infrastructure including server and network (data/voice) engineers and administrators, hardware technicians, desktop and help desk, IT managers, sales and sales managers. Yet another unit specialises in clerical/administration positions including Data Entry, PA/Secretarial, Office Managers, Call Centre & Customer Service staff.
Within these divisions our consultants specialise even further, allowing them to become experts in their particular field. This innovative and proven approach has contributed greatly to our success and position as one of the leading recruitment firms in the country.
